"The structure of this hotel is quite recent and the area, although a bit peripheral, is served by public transport and the metro. The Vitosha Park Hotel has a very welcoming and finely furnished lobby with a well-stocked bar but inexperienced staff with poor knowledge of the English language. In fact, although we appreciated the willingness to meet our needs, communication was never easy. The services offered by the structure are many, including an indoor swimming pool, a tool room and a spa, however, the cleanliness of the rooms and rooms, especially the bathrooms, should be improved. The rooms are large and comfortable, with a good Wi-Fi signal and the nights pass peacefully and silently. However, maintenance of the rooms should be done more frequently and carefully given that in ours there was a problem with the functioning of the hairdryer, a burned out light bulb and a missing mirror. As if that wasn't enough, a small misadventure also happened to us: upon returning in the evening from a day spent visiting Sofia we found the room still in disarray as the property had had problems with one of the maids. As there were no staff available to clean and tidy up the room, they suggested we move to another on the same floor. We accepted but this certainly does not speak in favor of the hotel. Among the few positive notes is the breakfast buffet which is full of sweet and savory options. All things considered, I can't say that I would stay at the Vitosha Park Hotel again."

"This isn't our first time staying here. It's a fairly comfortable hotel. However, during our last visit, there were no face towels in the room, and the kitchen had very few appliances. There was a stove, but no pots or pans. It's a shame there wasn't a microwave."

"Toilet was broken, from shower cabin there was a lot of water outside after bath. TV supposed to have Internet but was not possible to connect to the Internet. Also from my phone I couldn't connect. In the morning cleaning ladies started to clean rooms around 7am. They made so much noise, brake some glasses, talk to each other without thinking for a second that some guest may want to sleep. I will not repeat a stay in this hotel for sure. Price is not relevant to the low quality."

"I stayed at the Hayashi Residence for a month. I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was perfect: - The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help - The rooms are new, modern and extremely clean - The spa area is special and perfect for relaxing - The gym is big and has everything you need for a good workout - The hotel is located between the centre of Sofia and the mountains. The location is very peaceful and calm I can highly recommend this hotel and would book it definitely again!"

"A good cross between proximity to metro station, proximity to town, and budget. ROOMS - a little dated and needed TLC. Room is spacious. Whatever's supposed to be working is working. Do note the AC automatically turns off when the windows are opened. There is sufficient space at the toilet basin to put my own toiletries. SERVICE - no complaints. Front desk staff speaks English. BREAKFAST - Small but sufficient to get the day started. There are fruits, cheese, ham, bread, eggs, coffee/tea, juice etc LOCATION - near Opalchenska metro which is 1 stop away from Serdika, short walk to Mall of Sofia. Do note the Opalchenska exit nearest to the hotel has no lift (I'm not sure if that station has any lift at all?). Yellow! App ride to Airport is about BGN 22. Overall I rated it five stars because there were no issues faced, whatever's supposed to be working is working, location is good. I travelled solo."

"The definition of the perfect location. Metro line with connection to the airport just 4 minutes away. Every attraction is just within 5 to 12 minutes walking range. Literally. So basically, Sofia is on your feet. The employees were always there to help you with anything you might ask. Clean room with a nice comfy bed, king size, they said, a comfy double bed, I say. Nice buffet for breakfast with a great variety of products. I will definitely come back anytime!!!"

"The personnel is fantastic (mostly all of them) specially if they try to help you.  The room is average/medium due they give you a non renovated, non climatized room and a non screen shower in the bathroom so when you take a shower everything is a mess. Nice ambience in the hotel (reception area) and good in general (because of the offer I got from Trip, 41€)  300 mts from the central railway station and very quick check in."
